Board of Adjustment. Is now part of the Planning Commission Board.
Purpose; duties. The purpose of the board is to serve as the quasi-judicial trier of fact for all cases pertaining to variances. The duties of the board are to conduct a quasi-judicial hearing for all variance cases and render a decision.
Composition; term. The board shall consist of five members. The term of each member shall be for four years.
Granting of variances. The board shall abide by Section 114-15 in granting a variance.
