Regional Sewer Board. Composition; term; qualifications. Representation on this Board shall conform to the articles of incorporation of the Board. There shall be two members on the Board representing the City of Valparaiso. The Commissioner of Utilities may nominate himself/herself to be one of the Valparaiso City Commission appointees. The term of each member shall be for two years. Each member shall be a Valparaiso resident user of the sewer system.
